Refund Policy for Services

In most cases you have paid for services and seen the results of using them and received benefit from the efforts put by us.Due to the digital nature of the training sessions, consultations and diet plans, we are unable to provide refunds on any purchases.

However, we do suggest that if you are having issues, you let us try to help you – submit an email support ticket to customercare@haifaclub.com or call +91-8069214001.

If you feel that you were inappropriately charged for a service, or would like to speak to someone about a refund for a different reason, please submit an email support ticket to customercare@haifaclub.com or call +91-8069214001.

Refund policy For Products

We would love to hear that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. But you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  1. The product received is not as per the order or a wrong product is delivered. Slight color variations is not considered for returns (Slight color variations can occur due to digital photography and differences in screen resolution.)

  2. The product is received in a damaged condition.

Write to us through the Contact Us page or mail at customercare@haifaclub.com. Under both these instances, a valid proof such as a clear photograph or video showing the damage should be sent by mail. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. We will be sending a conformation mail and a shipping invoice, which is to be printed and attached to the packaging. An additional refund of Rs. 10/- will be done as printing and packaging cost. The product should be in its original condition with tags intact.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • - Gift cards

  • - Downloadable software products

  • - Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • - Book with obvious signs of use

  • - CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

  • - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • - Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then a credit note equal to the refund amount will be issued, which can be used for your next purchase on HaifaClub.com.

Refunds will not be done if:

  1. The product could not be delivered due to unavailability of the customer during attempt for delivery.

  2. Wrong address provided by you.

  3. Delay in delivery due to factors out of our control such as natural calamities, riots, custom clearance, transport strike, etc.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is a damaged product or wrong product is delivered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
